Stima Investment Plaza

Stima Investment Coop Plaza is our main income earner and our flagship project of the Society. The building is located along Mushembi road and also hosts Stima Investment Offices on the 5th floor.The building is now complete and fully let out to our mother companies ie Kenya Power, Kengen and Stima Sacco.

 

The building has now provided a base for the future developments acts as the anchor for any future borrowings and multiplication of the resources for Stima Investment Co operative Society. This building gives a guaranteed income to the Society of Kshs 20M annually therefore giving an assurance to the members of a minimum return.

Stima Investment Plaza II

This is a 9 storey building at the junction of Mushembi and Kolobot road. The building is complete and is expected to generate a net income of over Kshs. 35M per year. The bulding is already 100% let and currently we do not have any offices to let.
