Stima Investment Cooperative Society is a member-owned Investment with a specific mandate to carry out the task of mobilizing funds and assist members to multiply their wealth. It was registered in 2005 under the Co-operative Act.
Stima Investment offers a range of products and services to members and non-members such as buying and selling of land, real estate development, property sales and leasing and insurance products through Stima Investment Insurance Agency.
To become a member, you need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Ksh 5,000 and purchase a minimum number of shares of 300 each at Ksh 200 totaling to Ksh 60,000/=.
Membership is open to all eligible persons.
Members enjoy subsidized prices on investments, priority access to products, annual dividend payments, high-quality due diligence on the products and services offered and wealth creation opportunities on members’ investment.
To be a member in good standing you need to make a minimum monthly contribution of Ksh 1,000 or an annual lump sum contribution of Ksh 12,000.
Yes, you can by following the following process; Log in to the Society’s website www.stimainvestment.co.ke > Click on the web portal > Register > Submit > A one off password will be sent to your email address, use it to login and change password > sign in and login to check member details.
Shares are non-withdrawable or non-refundable deposits which are transferable to other members or potential members for a consideration.
Stima Investment offers land products, residential and commercial property sales, office leasing, and insurance products.
Yes, non-members can invest in certain opportunities provided by Stima Investment, subject to terms and conditions.
Stima Investment prioritizes the security and safety of investors’ funds by employing robust risk management strategies and due diligence processes. In addition , the Society’s books of account are audited by the Ministry of Cooperatives annually.

Dividends are distributed annually to members based on their shareholding calculated on prorate basis. The rate depends on the financial performance of Stima Investment.
