Stima Investment and Stima Sacco have partnered to provide members of both societies with a plot financing offer. Stima Sacco has agreed to provide credit facilities to qualifying members to enable them purchase plots from Stima Investment.
The following are the feature of the loan:

1. Interest rate of 9.6% per annum flat rate
2. Loan repayment period of 24 months
3. Security is the Land Title with a full MOU with Stima Investment
4. Loan agreement must be signed between the borrower, Stima Investment and Stima Sacco

This facility benefits members by offering them an extended repayment period from 3 months to 24 months hence giving them an opportunity to become land owners
