Stima investment is an investment company registered under the co operative act whose main mandate is to carry out investment activities using member’s funds
The main purpose of incorporation was to provide alternative investment options to Stima Sacco members which the Sacco could not adequately provide without affecting its core business of savings and credit. The investment options include:-
1. Shares in at the bourse
2. Investment in real Estate
3. Investment in Fixed deposit
4. Any other viable investment option

ASSET AND SHARE CAPITAL GROWTH
- Stima Investment assets have grown from Kshs 290m in 2009, to an all time high of 1.47billion as per the audited accounts of 2013.
- Our share capital has also grown from Kshs 190m in 2009 to 522million as per the audited accounts of 2013.
The Society won the best Co operative in the country for having the highest number of successfully completed housing and land projects in Kenya for second year in 2014 and won other awards as follows:-
- Highest return in the country
- Highest savings per member in the Investment category
- Best Co operative in Housing and Land projects
The society is managed by the Central Management Committee (CMC) with the assistance of a secretariat.
The Secretariat is headed by the Chief Executive Officer and is assisted by the Finance Manager, Business Development Manager, Accountants, IT Officer, Customer Service Officer and the Executive Assistant
